Item Description

Large 1/2 Ltr. German Stein- Raised Scenes Of Heidelberg & Perkeo Beer Drinking With Metal Lid 8 1/2" Tall. Reads: "Das Gr. Fass" (up over a huge Beer Vat) & :Alt Heidelberg du Feine, Du Stadt an ehren reich" and PERKEO hoisting a large vessel full of Ale! scenic decorating is in good condition. There is a repairs area (old darkened glue) from a fix on the lowest part of the handle - the handle is stable now).
Overall - the scenic part for displays and usability of the stein is good. Perkeo of Heidelberg (born Clemens Pankert, according to other sources Giovanni Clementi; 1702–1735) was a notable jester and court dwarf of Elector Palatine Charles III Philip in Heidelberg. As guardian of the Great Heidelberg Tun, he has since become an unofficial mascot of the city and region. His name, story and image have been connected with a variety of festivals, traditional songs, cultural and scientific institutions, hotels, restaurants and private companies ever since.

NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED PICK UP HOURS WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUNDS. IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE PICK UP TIMES, SEND A FAMILY MEMBER or FRIEND WITH YOUR INVOICE.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES FOR PICK-UP:
- Every buyer MUST wear a mask and bring their own pen for Invoice signature purposes.
-Please ONLY 1 Buyer at the Pick-Up door at a time.
- If there is a buyer ahead of you, or Auction Staff members near you, please keep at least 6 feet in-between each other in accordance with the recommended social distancing guidelines.
- All of our personnel will be wearing the appropriate protection gear at the time of pickup.

• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for carrying large/ heavy items & please bring your proper packaging materials (boxes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, furniture blankets, etc) if needed for pickup.
• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.
