John M. Barton "Creative Strings" Butterflies

Artist John M. Barton (American) pioneered this intricate form of art in his Boston studio "Creative Strings." This example of his technique consists of carefully placed nails on a vinyl covered board, with colorful strings wrapped around them to form the butterflies. The piece is dedicated as a gift by the artist, and signed to verso. This is a large piece, please refer to the measurements provided.
