Larger items will require YOU to have sufficient help to move so come prepared. This is a single level residence so no stairs besides the front steps!

Local Pick Up Date: Saturday June 24th from 12:00pm till 3pm ONLY.

PLEASE NOTE - Shipping costs are separate and not included in the CHES auction invoice. Shipping charges are payable directly to the auction managers via Paypal, checks or money orders post sale within 3 days of notice of the shipping total. Buyer must contact the auction managers regarding shipping requests by end of pickup time on pickup day.

* If you cannot make the pickup, send a friend/family member and notify the auction managers of the change.

* Please bring a pre-signed copy of your invoice. If you do not have your invoice with you, be prepared to show a copy of your invoice on your phone.

Winning Bidders Must:

- Bring help for large/heavy items & proper packing materials.
-CHES Auction Management will not be able to load heavy items into your vehicles.
- Packing, Loading, Moving & Transporting of your items will not be provided upon pickup.
