If you cannot make the pick-up and you choose to not have your item shipped, you must make alternate arrangements for someone to pick up your item in your place at the appointed time. Items not picked up within the set timeframe are forfeited without refund.

Shipping charges will be automatically charged to your credit card on file. Most items will be shipped in the small flat rate box which is $10.70 plus the price of required insurance. I will combine items whenever possible to keep cost down. A handling fee of $5 will be applied to the shipping charge. All orders over $100 require a signature confirmation. (For Select small items inc. jewelry, coins other smaller items. Only USPS flat rate boxes are available for this service.)

The items will be shipped to the address you have on file with Auction Ninja, so please make sure it is correct. Please note that once USPS takes possession of a package, neither Clearinghouse Estate Sales nor its representatives are responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged. In the unlikely event that this happens, buyers will be responsible for opening an insurance claim with USPS directly.
