LOCAL PICK UP: SATURDAY, April 1st @ 10:00 am to 2:30 pm NO EXCEPTIONS . This is a private housing community with limited parking and very close driveways. DO NOT BLOCK ANYONE'S DRIVEWAY . Park on opposite side of the street from address or around corner . There is NO admittance into this home . Buyers will be serviced on a first come first serve basis and there will be safety cones to line up if necessary. Most items will be boxed and in the garage . " not necessarily wrapped". So bring bubble wrap or paper to wrap your fragile items . There will be a table to check your items before you leave the driveway. Once your items leave the driveway i will not be responsible to discuss any item . YOU are responsible to check you have collected all your purchased items . ALL invoices MUST be signed before you leave . NO Exceptions . I will need time to gather your items so PLEASE be patient . I will try but will not guarantee to have them ready for pick up . Text me with your name the day before pick up to let me know when your coming . It's a HUGE HELP when i know that . If you purchase more than 5 lots contact me the day before pick up and set a time for pick up so I'll try and have them ready . Much Easier for both of us. .
Items not picked up within this timeframe are considered forfeited without refund. Please do not contact to request alternate arrangements or refund. Neither are possible.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN SET TIME FRAME ARE FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND. PLEASE DO NOT ASK THERE IS NO FLEXIBILITY. I adore you all as buyers and I appreciate you immensely. However I will not even reply to a shipping inquiry. If you purchase an item and assume it will be shipped, I WILL NOT ship it . THIS IS A NOT A SHIPPING AUCTION!

MASKS ARE STILL ENCOURAGED, but not mandatory.

Buyer is responsible to load their own vehicle. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROPER ASSISTANCE , DO NOT BID.
Winning bidders *must* bring help for removing large/heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed. You must bring help *before closing of pick up* or your items left behind are forfeited without refund. It is at the discretion of the auction manager to deny a buyer to attempt moving an item if we feel you cannot lift/remove it safely. For safety and insurance purposes, we urge you to be mindful when bidding. Look for measurements, Get out your tape measure at home . Use common sense - can you lift it/will fit in your vehicle? Ask questions if unsure *before bidding.* Items after pick up closes cannot be left to be picked up from outside the home. We are restricted by contractual agreement with Seller and Clearing House. Please understand these terms and do not ask for exceptions . I appreciate you all as buyers . We practice patience and peace in all my sales. If you don't know what patience is , look it up in a dictionary or online resource . I will not tolerate the slightest impatience .
Please keep in mind that we offer vintage and pre-owned items that can show normal signs of use including some surface scratches, dings and wear, all Items are SOLD AS IS! Items noted as Untested are just that . Those too are purchased as is where is. I try my best to test but don't get to everything . When in doubt - Don't Bid.
