Please bring proper vehicle and assistance if purchasing large items of furniture. We do not have help on site to move your furniture.

Some jewelry may be shippable but please confirm with Auction Manager, Lisa Mediano *before bidding.*
Shipping charges will be invoiced *separately* after the sale and directly by the auction manager - not Auction Ninja/CHES.
There is a handling charge of $6 per item plus the cost of shipping. We will ship priority mail only with insurance.
Auction manager must be contacted within 5 days after auction ends with shipping and payment information or you will forfeit your purchase without refund.
