About the artist
T. Plummer of Jamaica which makes sense given the signature (JA. WI for West Indies). There are a few of his pieces of art on the internet, one noting that these pieces date from the period when Jamaica was a British Crown Colony. Very neat and expressive (in a minimalist kind of way) piece with great design and presence. Smooth with fluid lines.
