Large Framed vellum Antique Hand Written Indenture (Lease/Conveyance) two-sided viewing contract Dated " ..in the forty-eighth year of our Sovereign Lady Anne Queen (1665-1713 of England, Scotland & Ireland) this five and twentieth day...1713. Signed & Wax stamp Sealed ( next to the signatures) for (five and twenty pounds five shillings) consideration between Nathanial Arnold and Mary Arnold. There is also a blue stamp in the front left border that has " VI Pence " and other Latin words. This appears to be an estate involved. Two papers shown under glass in the back of this framed contact as well.

Perfect lot for real estate/title professionals, property attorneys or even a town hall recording office. TA

Notes: The black paint on the vintage frame has chips. Document has some earlier unfold-creases & age some appropriate darkening. Back framed in glass as well.
