This particular creation is untitled, but we might call it "Repairs Are In Order" or "Fixin up the place", depicting a brick face two story apartment building that can be found on many a city block. Down front on his step ladder is a worker with his cans of paint, blueprints, materials & tools of the trade, lots of small items scattered about much like any job site. In the window's above various residents are going about their daily lives, window's open, curtains blowing, watching the scene below, a musician practicing & more.

Having been openly displayed in the artists home since their creation over a decade ago, there may be some dust found, some signs of aging/loss, but these are minimal in comparison to the scene they present, you will love them all! They are large & fragile, come prepared to handle them gingerly for transportation, many need to be laid down on their backs to be transported safely.

Consistent with age and use.
