This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and LABOR to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity will be cutoff at the the pickup. Bring your own generator/power as needed. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. All items are sold "as-is". THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS OUTSIDE THE DESIGNATED PICKUP TIME. BUYERS MUST COMPLETE REMOVAL BY END OF THE PICKUP WINDOW.
