Looks like a combination of watercolor and another medium. Signed lower right. Can't make out the signature. Linen liner with white washed frame. Not examined out of frame. Size is framed. Image size is closer 9&1/2" x 13&1/2". Pastel candy colored scene that may be Bermuda. Brooklyn framer label on the back.

Condition

Consistent with age and use.
