This is an extremely beautiful, completely hand stitched antique Victorian Christening dress or nightgown which dates around C1870
It is made from soft light cotton fabric and is in fabulous condition with yellowing
The workmanship is incredible and the stitches are so tiny; the gown features hand gathering.
