Elegant Antique Period Empire Flip Top Game Table In Flame Mahogany C.1850/1860

Measures: When open - 35 1/2" x 36"x 29" high. When closed - 17 1/2" x 36"
The veneer matching on this table is fantastic. Please look at the photo where it is open - it's really beautiful! Consistent with age, there are veneer chips and losses BUT it is 100% functional and the issues are NOT GLARING. It looks fine from a few feet away. This is not a project - there is no structural damage. It is a beautiful period piece. Owner paid $1,800 at the Silk Purse in New Canaan back in the 1990's.
