Item Description

Up for auction is a beautiful, substantial in size, early 20th century Pittsburgh Iris frosted glass lamp with its original brass hardware. Frosted and delicately laid on each lamp shade are large, relief Iris blossoms. Iris takes its name from the Greek word for a rainbow, which is also the name for the Greek goddess of the rainbow, Iris. Please note that the lamp was not tested because it needs a new electrical cord and that there is a 5" crack in the lower globe shade highlighted in photo 10. It can be displayed with that in the back side and you and your guests will never know its there.
This is large and beautiful and will be the focal point of whichever room you choose to place it in! (Please bring wrapping blankets or large towels for transporting when you win this Gone with the Wind Lamp.)

Top shade is 11” in diameter.
Bottom shade is 9 in diameter.
Total height is 27”

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES FOR PICK-UP:
- Every buyer MUST wear a mask and bring their own pen for Invoice signature purposes.
- If there is a buyer ahead of you, or Auction Staff members near you, please keep at least 6 feet in-between each other in accordance with the recommended social distancing guidelines.
- All of our personnel will be wearing the appropriate protection gear at the time of pickup.
