Best research seems to indicate late 18th Century but the Oval design surrounding the Title of the Map is unlike much of the designs of the 18th Century and seems to reflect a later period. Robert de Vaugondy (1723-1786), of course was no longer living nor was his son Didier. G.F. Delamarche seems to employ the circular design in the 1825-1830s period so I would place the map more in that range. Large map approx. 20" x 30". The paper is very soft and feels like a high cotton content but many of the edges may see tattering and folds. The central image of France is still intact.
