NO EXCEPTIONS - ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.

We are encouraging all winners to schedule an appointment with us for pickup to ensure that all your items are ready for a seamless interaction. We are also offering curbside contactless pickup as well. Please reach out after you win to schedule a time for personalized service.
