Pickup is in Farmington Woods Condo Association, this is a gated community.
To enter, you must check in with the security guard at the gate, the address for the correct entrance is:

127 West Avon Road, Unionville, CT 06085.

Your GPS will take you to other entrances but this entrance is the only one with a security guard to let you in.
When pulling up, tell the guard you are VISITING 13 Catalpa Court, and here to see Vivienne. DO NOT SAY AUCTION PICKUP.
When inside the complex, you must use your GPS to go to the condo. There is poor cell reception and I will be unable to help you with directions.


AUCTION WIN NOTIFICATIONS AND PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS ARE SENT TO ALL WINNING BIDDERS VIA EMAIL &/OR TEXT. THIRD PARTY SHIPPING *REFERRAL*
Shipping is available on all items from Two Sisters Shipping. Shipping must be requested before the pickup starts. To have your items shipped simply send me a signed copy of your invoice and a copy of your drivers license. Your address on your drivers license must match the address on your invoice and be your shipping address. Once I receive your info, I will drop your items off at the shipping company for free BEFORE the scheduled pickup. If you want a quote before purchasing, fill out the online quote request form on their website, link is below. I do not have weight or dimensions of each item, you will need to guess.

Items left behind after pick up closes are forfeited without refund. If you contact me during the pickup there is a $20 handling fee for late shipping requests.
