This island is in nice shape. The top is in very good shape while the sides and base show minor wear from use. A couple of the drawers stick a bit when sliding in and out but should be easily correctable. This piece has plenty of storage with twelve drawers and storage racks on each side. Nice piece. Measures 50"x 32"x 37". Heavy bring enough able bodied people to move and load.
