Item Description

This gorgeous antique writing desk is made of walnut and yew woods has a roll top with inlaid geometric designs. The hardware knobs are designed brass. Interior has five pull out drawers with bone knobs and nine storage compartments. Top is an olive green leather with gilt detailing. The bottom portion has one large pull out drawer along with two side drawers. The desk sits on carved tapered legs and brass casters. Its age has given it a rich, deep, luxurious patina. Includes 2 keys. Condition overall is very good for its age. Note that brass knob that pulls roll top down needs to be attached and bottom, right drawer is missing knob but has backing. There are also 2 pull out drawers with bone knobs that need to be reattached/repaired.
