Triple matted and a unique double frame presentation.
34 by 45 overall.

This image is very similar to "Helping Hand", but notice the different makeup on the female clown (not as white a face and only a faint red heart by the tear). Also in the later version the male clown is Emmitt Kelly.

This seems to be a very rare early version, as confirmed by Leighton Jones associates.
