This is a very nice watercolor painting depicting Pelham Bay Park in the 1940s. Very nicely rendered Signed illegibly lower right and dated 1946. Image size is 10 �� x 15 3/8�. Framed it measures 19 �� x 24 ��. Painting is in very good condition with perhaps minor toning to the paper. Frame shows minor wear.
