Antique Copeland Spode 5 1/2" Navy Blue Pitcher c.1895 Hunt Scene
This pitcher bears the registration #180288.
The pitcher was molded in deep relief.
Navy Blue glazed body, the raised hunt scene, as well as the bands at the neck and base are in off-white.
The handle, interior and band around the shoulder of the pitcher are glazed in a blue gray color.
This model was also made in several varieties/colors of Salt Glaze and Jasperware.
The makers mark reading "Copeland Late Spode" on the bottom was only used between 1890 & 1910.
This pitcher is in outstanding condition.
No chips, cracks, repairs, stains or damage of any kind.
