Antique - Boston Oil - 1 Gallon Can

Vintage one gallon oil can labeled "Boston Oilcan" made out of tin and with a wooden handle and colored in black paint. The tin lithograph can has a picture of the Boston Custom House Tower which was built in 1915 so this may even be from around that era (late 1915's to 1930). I don't think it is from later than the 1930's. Top has a couple dents as to be expected from being a vintage/antique automobile item.Measures about 9 1/2” tall and 6 1/4” in diameter. Beautiful item for the antique car or oil gasoline collector and particularly those of you with Boston roots! Can is missing screw cap top
