Antique 1920's Bone & Bamboo Mah-jongg Set. In GOOD Condition with the front Sliding Door with Chinese symbols and "MAH-JONGG" carved into the front surface with gold paint- on the inside of the sliding door is a great condition original label - please see Photograph #4 - five storage drawers (trays) - 146 dovetailed joinery Bone on Bamboo playing Tiles - 121 Mahjong Counting Sticks (45 slightly longer with red markings and 76 slightly shorter sticks with black markings) - Cute little wood box with sliding cover & 2 Dice inside / Small round container with 3 Discs inside - Decorative corner brass hardware accents - two brass top handles - Metal loop pulls on each of the 5 Drawers (trays) just one circle pull missing.
On the lower part of the front sliding door is stamped "PAT'D April 3, 1923. On the bottom is stamped much writing -only the largest lettering is readable - "MADE IN CHINA".
CONDITION: OVERALL in age appropriate -GOOD physical condition. The front sliding door has some minor black stain loss on the two upper corner peaks. Please study my photos for the finer condition details.
