The IBC Technologies SL is a boiler series with an efficiency rating of 95% AFUE. The SL series includes the SL20-115G2, SL28-160, SL35-199, and SL45-260. The SL features high grade 439 stainless steel heat exchangers for optimal durability and efficiency, with a condensate draining system that cleans as it heats. Select units have supply and return connections on both sides for greater installation flexibility, and a moisture management system protects all boiler components. A touchscreen control allows express setup, easy programming, and remote programming and diagnostics. Safety features include built-in alarm contacts, safety limits on the heat exchanger and burner plate, and custom baffling around the fire chamber.

This is a DEMOLITION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and labor to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity will be cutoff at the the pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. We are literally one day ahead of the bull dozers, plan for this, there is no room for exceptions. Pick up will be held rain of shine, but removal decisions during inclement weather will be at the discretion of the auction manager. All items are sold "as-is". There may be damage to items, which is not visible at this time or prior to removal of item.
