An Early 20th C Pedestal Sink By Maddocks And Sons With Kohler Faucet (bath 2-2)

It appears that this sink is original to the house built around 1910. Very good condition, some crazing, no noted cracks or stains, but would expect imperfections with so much age and use.

This is a DEMOLITION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and LABOR to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity will be cutoff at the the pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. You will be required to sign liability waivers when coming onto the property. We are literally one day ahead of the bull dozers, plan for this, there is no room for exceptions. Pick up will be held rain of shine, but removal decisions during inclement weather will be at the discretion of the auction manager. All items are sold "as-is". There may be damage to items, including the possibility of mold, which is not visible at this time or prior to removal of item.
