3 ORIGINAL CIVIL WAR ERA and earlier Springfield carbine/ trapdoor 45/70 socket bayonets, solid survivors and quite rare! 1 is marked U.S. the other 2 are unmarked. The longest example is 'tipped', meaning the edge is blunt/ flat. It happened LONG ago, so not a detriment. The shortest and simplest of form is older than the rest, and looks to be PRE Civil War. Very possible it is an 18th century US socket. Please examine the photos for details and for assessment of age. Not something found every day! regardless. $1 open for 3. all the best bidding!
Notes: a solid grouping, as found!
Consistent with age and use.
