A pair of French gold gilt wood and upholstered bergère chairs. This elegant pair of French armchairs each feature oval-shaped upholstered backs with a delicately carved floral design at top center rail. There are manchette padded arms and a nice skirt with a carved rosette at the knees, just above the tapered legs. This pair of French bergère chairs need a little TLC, but will add a comfortable and classical elegance to any room within your home.
Condition: The seat cushions will have to be reupholstered, but the backs are in very good condition. You can possibly just cover the seat cushions in a solid yellow to match the beautiful fabric on the backs of the chairs.
