Please park on the road or carefully on the driveway with respect to the property and the other people picking items up - you may have to walk things to your car, be prepared!
Items not picked up in the allotted time are considered forfeited without refund.

Unfortunately, for liability reasons we are not set up to ship or move items. There is a *third party* shipper/mover* called THE COUNTRY POSTMAN in Salt Point, NY that has helped clients before, by picking up, packing, and shipping or hauling their items. Please note if you choose to use this service, we are not responsible for ANYTHING with regard to shipping except handing your items over to the authorized representative from the third party shipper during the DESIGNATED PICKUP TIME ONLY.

MEASUREMENTS: Please see ALL available photos in the gallery for measurements. The measurements can be found in the photos with the yellow measuring tape. If you scroll through the small photos to the right of the large photo, you will see the measuring tape apparent in the photos. If you don't see the yellow measuring tape in the photo collection, we unfortunately do not have measurements available.
