Item Description

2 small plates have chips (shown in pics)
Multi-colored Tropical Florals & Birds, with Blue Rim.
Marked with black Steubenville China. This mark used and dates this piece ca. 1910-1920. Made in Steubenville, Ohio, USA.
There is some pretty severe crazing across the china, as well as some discoloration to the cream portions.
