* Please drive slowly in the neighborhood. The turn off onto street is tricky.
* Please look for the signs and do not park in driveway.

* You must wear a face mask.
* You must maintain 6' distance between you and others at pick up.
* Please bring your own pen to sign your invoice OR bring a signed copy of your printed invoice.

* Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. They are not new and you should expect some imperfections.

* Items not picked up between 10am - 1pm on Saturday 8/21 WILL be forfeited. No exceptions.
