2004 Nissan Maxima SL (Low Miles Only 99K)

Up for auction is a Low Mileage 2004 Nissan Maxima SL 4 door sedan VIN: 1N4BA41E64C902718. Current Mileage is sitting 99,880. Family Owned, Only Two Owners!!!!

We had the opportunity to drive this car about 10 miles to the carwash and back. The following description is based off of that driving experience and a visual inspection of the car.

We want to disclose this car was owned by a smoker. The car was given a good cleaning prior to photography and cleaned up well. We did not shampoo the carpets. If even a hint of a cigarette smell bothers you this may not be the car for you. The vehicle has its share of bumps and bruises, as most 17 year old cars would.

The exterior shows dings, scuffs and scratches but has no rust to the body that we saw. We tried to picture all or most of the dings/dents/scratches and scuffs have been photographed so you can see them for yourself. Keep in mind these photos are taken at close range to embellish them for you. When looking at the car at a distance the exterior looks to be in overall good condition. The car will need four new tires, as these shows signs of cracking on the sidewall. The vehicle needed to be jumped to get the car to start but it did restart fine on its own after that. A new battery couldn't hurt. There is also some curb rash on a rim or two.

On the interior you will find it to be in overall good. There are some stains or marks to different areas of the leather seats and rugs. The headliner by the back window is starting to drop but might be rectified with a little spray glue. There are no floor mats. The switch that controls the dome lights fell off and one fog light is missing. Passenger side front bumper is slightly misaligned. Overall fairly minor stuff.

Now for the good. Under 100k miles, NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT all power windows work, all glass looks good, power locks work, power seats work, heated seats work, power telescoping steering wheel works, Bose stereo works (unsure about cassette player or cd player), dual climate control works, AC works, heat works, power mirrors work, has working sunroof, dual vanities with lights, rear cup holders, power trunk release and so much more. Full list of options can be found using the vin number. Vehicle is equipped with a tow package. Car has owners manuals as well.

Our driving experience was a pleasant one, as I had never driven one of these cars before. The car has good power and accelerated quickly. The transmission shifted smoothly. All the lights and blinkers worked as they should. I did not hear anything from the transmission or engine that I felt was out of the ordinary. The car seemed to handle fine and a new set of rubber should improve that even more. Again I am no expert.

We typically like to get a clean bill of health from a mechanic before listing any cars for sale but do to the quick nature of this sale that was unable to happen. We are not mechanics nor are car experts but we try to disclose as much about the vehicles we sell as possible.

Please review all photos prior to bidding!!!! There are over 50 photos. Keep in mind this is a used vehicle. This vehicle runs great (no dash warning lights) and looks good. This is a used car and will show some normal wear and tear, anything glaring has been mentioned. Wear and tear includes light scuffs, chips or scratches to exterior paint from normal exterior conditions. On the interior this can include minor scratches to plastics or molding from storing of items and normal use. This car was owned by a smoker.
