2003 Mercedes Benz C240 Sport Wagon - Nice Condition - Runs & Drives Great

up for auction today is a nice Mercedes Benz C240 Sport Wagon, with just 132K Original Miles (these cars are made to go 300k miles) the overall condition is good, the motor and transmission both function as they should. it does not smoke or knock.

overall its seems like a good car, it’s features a 2.4 liter 6-cylinder engine - automatic transmission - leather interior - air conditioning (ICE COLD) - power windows - power locks - power brakes - power steering - power sunroof - power mirrors - cruise control - dual airbags - factory alloy wheels - roof rack - AM/FM/CD w/Changer (untested) also has wire from dash for AUX audio connection - tires are good - all power and luxury options seem to work fine, Mercedes parts are plentiful (online / eBay) and relatively inexpensive

I sold this car about a year ago on CHES. . .the buyer put on less than 4k miles . . .there is now some body damage on the passenger side (see photos) . . . .they no longer need the car and asked me to sell it for them. (they paid over $4,500) for it. . . it has new front struts and control arms . . .they did some other repairs / maintenance items. . .

you cannot get a better color combination of black with black leather interior, look at all the photos in the gallery (35+ photos) , it comes with the original MB leather manual case with all the manuals / booklets, the check engine light comes on and off (when the light comes on its runs a bit rough)
when its off it runs as smooth as silk- probably needs a sensor or something . .it cannot be anything serious . . when the light is off it runs super smooth and shifts fine

The Mercedes Benz C-Class is a very popular segment of the Mercedes Benz lineup . . . .the car that we’re selling today runs and drives great, NO pets NO kids NO smoking, and it has no major rust (it has the usual blisters on the bottom of the doors, just surface rust not rot, the interior of the car looks great (plastic speaker cover on door needs replacing $20 eBay part) , also the little plastic "surround" on the gearshift is a bit loose. . .the spots on the bottom of the doors are NOT holes . .its all surface . . .
overall shows a fair amount of wear . . . .

paint looks ok overall, it does have its fair share of dings, dents, scrapes, scratches, chips, minor rust and flaws and lots of touch up paint here and there . . . . . . .there is a minor squeak from the back wheel )its suspension related sounds like bed spring . . . . it's sold with a clean / clear Connecticut title & bill of sale, keep in mind this is a 15 year old car, the car is located in Norwalk, Connecticut. 06851, this car is in good overall condition but it is 15 years old, its not new or perfect, runs / drives fine (when the CEL is off), if you are not local we can assist with shipping arrangements, we have access to some VERY reasonable shippers we can handle booking and meeting the shipper.
