Item Description

The photo is signed per the date it was taken July 1 which meant Newport Harbor in Rhode Is. Also included is the ship program book and found inside that was a postcard signed by several members of International crews and James R. Kelly indicated as the Commandering Officer of the USCG Eagle. The year and the Ship verified but not Kelly as commanding officer but here it is. Great Lot.
