Item Description

Very lovely hand carved wooden decor plate, (in Deco styling). Carved date on back. Diameter 11.75". Shows the Coat of Arms of Heidelberg, Palatinate lion, nicely carved. Also showing is a small ship traveling across the Atlantic on top of a dotted line with both Heidelberg and New York City noted. Old Heidelberg is noted on a banner across lower half of plate. Nicely aged with variations in the darkened wood.
