Antique 1914 Bigelow,Brown The Arabian Nights Entertainments -The Thousand and One Nights commonly called The Arabian Nights Entertainments by Edward William Lane . This rare set of four volumes is dated 1914 in the introduction. Published by Bigelow, Brown & Co., Inc New York . Nice 3/4 leather bound with leather corners and marbled boards. The top end pages are gilt and the spines are tastefully appointed with the iconic crescent moon and star. All but (1) of the (4) volumes are in nice condition, (1) volume has a detached board. Some edge wear and tears on the tops & bottoms of the spines and some corner bumping. Pages show yellowing from age with not too much foxing, folds tears or writing.
