Item Description

Collectors' International STAMPS Lot -Hundreds - Many Are Cancelled-To-Order (CTO's) - As found in a collection with Country labels. An estimate of CTO's would be 25 to 33%. The rest have no marks on them. There are 36 labeled countries - and a packet of multi-locations having yet to be noted with a country of origin. They have printed dates of the 1960's thru the 1990's.
Look at the photos- too many to count - Countries like: See from 1 stamp to small piles of stamps from: Nicaragua, Antigua, Chile, Tanzania, Korea, Bulgaria, Nederlands, Cuba, Vietnam, Dominica, Argentina, St. Lucia, Congo, Mongolia, Paraguay, Rwanda, Yemen Republic, Polska, Maldives, etc.

Most of the Cancelled Stamps are: Cancelled-to-order stamps, also known as CTOs, are stamps that have been cancelled by a postal authority, but were never used to transmit mail. CTOs are created by postal authorities to sell the stamps cheaply to stamp collectors. The backs' glue has not been used.

NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED PICK UP HOURS WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUNDS. IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE PICK UP TIMES, SEND A FAMILY MEMBER/ FRIEND WITH YOUR INVOICE.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES FOR PICK-UP:
- Every buyer MUST wear a mask and bring their own pen for Invoice signature purposes.
- If there is a buyer ahead of you, or Auction Staff members near you, please keep at least 6 feet in-between each other in accordance with the recommended social distancing guidelines.
- All of our personnel will be wearing the appropriate protection gear at the time of pickup.

• Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & bring your proper packaging materials (boxes, wrapping paper, furniture blankets, etc) if needed for pickup.
