Porcelain Lion Handle Rococo Vase

Up for auction is a beautiful porcelain vase that sits on top of a base of gold swans. This piece is highlighted by the incredibly detailed lion handles. The blue color of the vase is striking and sophisticated, creating a vivid backdrop for the piece’s hand painted motif. Depicting a classical Rococo scene on each side, this vase shows two couples enjoying a day amidst nature. Executed in a soft color palette it incorporates shades of yellow, green, and blue. It’s completely painted by hand and composed of porcelain. The vase has never been used and measures 24 inches high by 12.5 inches wide and 5.5 inches deep.
