Item Description

Whiskey jug, pre 1900. Labeled Hayner Dayton, OH, Lockbox 290.
Hayner sold their whiskey by the jug that would be refilled at the distillery and filled from the barrel.
During the National Prohibition Act, the jugs and barrels were destroyed.
This is an original 14 inch tall stoneware jug that even has the corn cob cork that has shrunken from age. Local Pickup Only
