Geisha Holding Parasol Statue Figure Okimono

Beautiful 14 1/2" tall Geisha okimomo holding a parasol to her side. No maker mark noted, possibly one under the felt adhered to the bottom. A very similar one (head turned the other direction and different color) was found online that was made by Universal Statuary Corporation in 1963.

There is a chip on the edge of her parasol.
