1930s? Knee Hole Vanity / Desk With Square Brand Chair

No maker mark noted on the vanity / desk. Has beautiful details. Shows signs of its age, works perfectly as is but could be refinished to bring back to its full glory.
Chair is made by Chittenden & Eastman Co. of Burlington, Iowa from their Square Brand line.
Found an excerpt from their 1941 catalogue with the chair listed under Early American Reproductions.
