If you missed your auction win email notification, there's no need to worry. You can recover the pickup instructions for your most recent win through your AN account dashboard.
If you believe you should have won an item, but did not receive a winning bidder notification and cannot locate the associated invoice on your dashboard, look through our auction FAQs for possible explanations. If you cannot find your answer in FAQs, contact support for additional help. |
Once you confirmed that you did in fact win the lot(s), simply go to your invoices on AuctionNinja.
1. First, LOGIN to your AuctionNinja account.
2. Select "MY ACCOUNT."

3. Select "INVOICES" once you navigate to the bidder dashboard.

4. After selecting INVOICES from the menu, bidders can access their all past and present invoices. The default view is invoices dated within the "LAST 30 DAYS" but bidders select the filter that best applies to their needs.
5. SELECT THE INVOICE relating to the pick-up date(s) in question by clicking on the specific invoice(s) in question.
6. Pick-up information for that auction/sale appears on the top of the invoice, above the item information.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD:
Alternatively, if you know the Seller and the auction date or name, simply look on the Seller's past (or current) auctions page and click on the auction details. Published pick-up information should appear in the pop-up window.

Bidders need to ensure that their email system is functioning properly and that they take all necessary precautions to receive communications from AN. If you are not receiving email notifications, check that your email preferences are properly set. (Login, go to Account, Preferences, and click Edit under Email Notifications.) If your preferences are correct, check your spam folder and "whitelist" AuctionNinja (alerts@auctionninja.com) with your email provider. |
