IMPORTANT TERMS PLEASE READ ~ BY BIDDING IN THIS AUCTION YOU AGREE TO PICK UP ITEMS WON ON 5/09 thru 5/11/24 from 1:30 to 6pm OR FORFEIT THEM WITHOUT REFUND & NO CHARGE BACKS WILL BE CREATED DUE TO YOUR NEGLECT TO COME PICK UP YOUR ITEMS THERE ARE NO OTHER PICKUP TIMES AVAILABLE PLEASE DO NOT ASK. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON THE DATES LISTED HERE.

You agree to these terms by entering our auction to place bids. All sales are final & no charge backs will be presented due to your neglect to pick up your items on the scheduled dates. Shipping is available on items marked with the shipping icon we ship 90% of what we offer in most of our sales. If we cannot provide in-house shipping it will say "no in-house shipping" in the ad itself. In case we can bring your items to the UPS pack/ship store for you to pay separate shipping and packing. We do our shipping up thru May 9th to invoices that are marked by you to be shipped. If you did not mark your invoice to be shipped call or text before 6 pm on May 9th to change your invoice to shipping. After 5/09/24 at 6 pm your items will need to be picked up the items on listed dates remaining or forfeited as our shipping department is closed, No exceptions. Please note if we can ship larger items you will see a BOX FEE PRICE included in the write up for that item. This is in addition to the $8 handling fee per order (not lot) and your actual postage/insurance costs via UPS or USPS as we have to purchase larger boxes for big items to ship properly. We use a discounted shipper to save you postage. There are a few items that are to large for us to ship by in-house shipping it will say "no in-house shipping" in the ad. We can bring items to the UPS Package store for you to pay separate shipping & packing or you can pick up. If you bid and cannot pick up any items you will forfeit them without refund or credit. We do not cancel bids or take blame if you did not read our terms. This is a contract to bid in our auction, by bidding you agree that you have read & approve of the terms provided here. You cannot bid unless you click that you accept the terms.

We place a 21" ruler scale in one of the photos for each lot to show you size please view all photos. Items shipped by "in-house shipping" are well packed and it takes time, may take up to 10 days to pack as we are limited on staff. We ship Priority mail or UPS only with a box fee of $8. plus actual shipping & insurance cost per order, we will use whatever size box is needed to ship your items safely. Please remember if you purchase glass framed items or extremely fragile pieces they may ship in a separate box from your other items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, AS SHOWN. We try our best to note damages that are visible but we are human and handling hundreds of pieces every week. Please feel free to text or email with any questions or concerns before you bid. Most of the items we sell are antique, vintage or used items found around the home. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age and use if you are purchasing a vintage item. When reading our description on the items please note this is our opinion it is not a guarantee of age, origin etc. we are not experts just describing what we see. We refer to unmarked jewelry as gold or silver which means color, it may not have karat content if it is unmarked. We will tell you if we see a marking on the metal. We encourage you to view the photos provided and ask any questions you may have regarding items of interest. Please note the wooden box displays we use in our photos are not included with the items they are just for display. We are happy to answer your questions communication is key.
