If you are unable to pick up your items on the designated day, please contact us prior to bidding to confirm if another pickup time is be available. Due to high demand of homes in the Colorado market, it is not always possible to arrange a second pickup so if you do not pickup your items during the designated times you may forfeit your items. Small items under 40 pounds we can provide help at no charge.
Winning Bidders will be required to bring help to move heavy or large items such as furniture. Packing materials will be the responsibility of the buyer. Large items requiring 2 or more people to to move will be an additional 25.00 charge for moving services. If items are large furniture such as beds, dining sets, hutches and couches the charge will be up to $100.00 additional to load furniture into trucks or moving vans.
• You can arrange items to be picked up by a third party on the day and time of pickup as we do not provide any type of moving, packing or transporting of purchased items. Large furniture purchased such as chairs, couches, kitchen tables, appliances and beds etc., and any item over 50 pounds if not picked up, there will be a $50.00 removal fee charged to your card with no refund.
