Pick up is between the hours of 10am and 8pm within 3 days of auction close.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Shipping of jewelry items IS available for a flat rate fee of $15. (regardless of how many jewelry items you win).

For shipping non-jewelry items we utilize our local The UPS Store who packs and ships items for our buyers. (We charge a $10 surcharge over and above whatever they charge for packing/shipping, to drop the items to them). You can call them directly for their rates; they can be reached at (203) 778-6183).

If you want to have your item/s shipped you must request and pay for shipping (by text 551-206-3187) prior to the close of the pick up window. Items not picked up (or shipping requested and paid for) during allotted pickup days/times will be considered forfeited without refund - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipped items will be sent to your registered address - so please double check it is correct on your Auction Ninja Dashboard.
