Large colorful stones the amethyst’s are absolutely gorgeous and the aquamarines are very subtle and only make this piece more sophisticated. Obviously handmade, likely Italian, with large bezel set stones with prongs on verso. Well constructed with safety posts so you won’t lose them. Marked 14 K on the post; very hard to see.
