Beautifully rendered by renowned wildlife illustrator Jacob Studer, over-sized color Illustration of a Snow Owl gazing down a mountain and enjoying the crisp air. Above him sits a pair of Snow Buntings resting their wings at the mountain's peak. It retains its original color and fineness, even after 132+ years! Beautiful! The skill and passion of the illustrator is quite evident in overall composition, color, and his expert attention to factual anatomical detail.
