Big Lot Grandmother’s Silver; Some Hallmarked Antique Sterling

There is one is very sweet set of Sterling napkin rings. Everything else should be assumed to be plated; the small toothpick caddie is marked ARC 1000; no other marks noted. Very cute butter dish. The platter is 12 inches across.
