VINTAGE SILVER GELATIN PHOTO OF THE FAMILY OF JOHN F. KENNEDY BY CECIL STOUGHTON, 1960s

Vintage photo of President John F. Kennedy, Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy, and their children Caroline and John, the original negative taken by Cecil Stoughton in 1963 (probably later-generation print), the matte-finish silver-gelatin print measuring 8" x 10", in the original transmittal envelope bearing Mrs. Kennedy's New York return address label with printed franking signature.

The image, by JFK's official White House photographer, Cecil Stoughton, depicts the Kennedy family after Easter mass at the private chapel of the Joseph P. Kennedy estate in Palm Springs, Florida on April 14, 1963.

Notes: A bit of wear to envelope (felt tip effacement to original recipient, whose name and address are still visible beneath), otherwise fine, crisp, attractive condition
