VINTAGE DUNCAN LUSTER TOBACCO JAR/HUMIDOR BY ROYAL WINTON, ENGLAND, CIRCA 1950s

Vintage tobacco jar/humidor by Royal Winton, England, circa 1950s, flaring bulbous form with rounded shoulder and everted rim, the top with adjustable three-armed metal seal with copper finish, the jar glazed in Duncan lustre (sponged, slightly iridescent tones of burnt orange and red), 5-1/8" tall to top of rim, approx. 6" in diameter (maximum), the underside marked "Comoy's of London, Royal Winton, Made in England."

Notes: A touch of subtle wear to metal surfaces, otherwise in very fine, attractive condition, with no cracks, chips, or crazing, the rubber seal remaining supple and fully intact
